Want to hear an old song?

The song is called"Ain’t Cha" by Annette Hanshaw, a really popular singer of the 20’s, and I need lyrics type help. The words I can’t quite make out are at 2:20- “Didn’tcha used to say, on some future day, you’d be (something) for baby”, and at 2:30- “Can’t you take a (something) down to Tiffany’s”.
Of course, this will probably become an earworm, but it’s a risk I’ll have to take

Can’tcha take me please, down to Tiffany’s, buy some rings and things, for baby.

Jeeze, yeah- it’s as clear as day…now

“Didn’tcha used to say, on some future day, you’d buy lingerie for baby”

Thanks, guys, for filling in those blanks. It’s funny just how obvious they sound now!
