Techno peasant here.

I ahve some pdfs that I want to make more publicly accessible. I want to add a bit of commentary, and have it picked up by google with certain key words, but the main goal is just to have the pdfs up there on the web.

What would be the easiest way to do that?

Probably Scribd. Upload the PDF and you’re done; Google will soon index it.

I did a search for “upload pdf” and scribd was the top result, advertising to do what you want.
