This is a General Question, but I feel like more actors may hang out here than in GQ, so I post here.
An important part of the reahearsal process is warming everybody up at the start of each session. This is usually started with stretching and then moved on to some vocal exercises. I am now directing a show with a friend and we are in the process of designing the rehearsal format. We have all of the vocal stuff down.
My question is where on the web can I find a good opening stretch routine? Just a nice step-by-step 10-15 minute physical warm-up. Anyone know of anything like that?
