But our knowledge of the Stat Trek: Next Generation Technical Manual was immeasurably greater still, so it balances out.
Worst spelling of “Numenoreans” I’ve ever seen, captials notwithstanding. :dubious:
Gaudere is on the line for you.
Crazy? No. It would be absolutely amazing! A civilization more advanced in certain areas of science thousands of years before there was even a clear notion of what science is? It would be one of the most interesting things ever!
Isn’t Kemetic Science still looking for its connection to arcs of colorful light?
Do you want to know exactly how racist this “kemet science” BS is? Do a web search and check out some of the sites dedicated to it.
I know that. What it’s saying is that it’s racist both ways - against whites by design and against non-whites by implication.
Yeah, well, that’s not really a fair comparison. I mean, they had help from aliens.
It’s not so much crazy as uninformed.
WHAT field of science would you suggest as an area where ancient Kemet or African knowledge would be greater than our own at present?
The OP will not ever answer that question, Broomstick. This thread is one of the lamest displays of JAQing off ever.
Well, yes, I understand the OP will go elsewhere not finding a ready audience here. I’ve encountered that sort before. I still like to poke at such things once in awhile.
Until you tell us why we should believe it, yes, it is that crazy.
After checking a number of threads the OP has started, I feel rather safe in saying that the reason he or she does not hang around in this thread (or the others, really) is that the whole schtick of “White people stupid/Ancient Black people geniuses” doesn’t have that much stamina in certain parts, such as a particular site dedicated to fighting [del]complete stupidity[/del] ignorance.
Yep. Sometimes feeding is just cathartic.
Those are not sciences. And they believed their rulers were living gods.
I’ll bet they expressed those views while using the products of ‘white man science’ didn’t they?
What IS is is political science ![]()
Yes, yes it is.
This is not one scrap of palpable proof that the Ancients, from anywhere, not just Kemet, could even approach us, much less exceed us.
There’s this conservative Tea Party guy named Bill Whittle. While I don’t agree with most of his stuff, he has an essay/thought experiment that I think is worth reading, that’s basically “The Great Pyramid vs. the 7-11”, which is about the great Pharaoh Cheops, builder of the Great Pyramid, going into a 7-11 and being floored by the wonders that he sees there, wonders that are ordinary and taken for granted by you and I.
Answering the OP:
Short answer: No.
Long answer: Noooooooooooo.
I suppose if you redefine “science” to mean something other than “a system to help understand how the objective world works” we might have a different answer.
That’s a bald-faced lie… by definition… ![]()
