Was it ever revealed if his numerous plastic surgeries had actually cost him the end of his nose or not?
The pic is just a bandage. It does not show if his nose was just bone and exposed flesh at that point.

Michael Jackson’s autopsy report reveals that his nose was intact.
Huh, looks like it was.
Same report said his hair was sparse and connected to a wig.
I guess the autopsy would have said his nose was missing or deformed if it was, right? Instead of just saying there was gauze on the end of it. But why would there be gauze there?
I’m confused by the catheter and bottle of urine. WTH?
The same report also confirmed that Michael suffered from the skin disease, vitiligo, putting to rest the rumours that he “wanted to be white.”
If it’s in the autopsy report, then it’s true. The “condom catheter” would have been used to collect urine as Michael was under deep sedation and had no control of his bladder. The doctor, Conrad Murray, should have been monitoring him closely, and in fact should not have given him propofol at all, but that’s a whole other story and in fact why he’s on trial.
surprising/striking:
Meaning that he had eyeliner and lipstick tattooed on. What’s surprising about that?
Crazy. Was this autopsy report leaked, or is it public record?
I read the whole report and it appears he was a very healthy 50-year-old. Why would he need a personal physician, medical devices, and anesthesia in his home?

Edit: If there was no mention made of his nose, why did it appear unnatural when he was alive? Why was he rumored to have multiple surgeries on it? Why did he wear a facemask in public?
So many questions!
Ummm…because he’s Michael Jackson?
Okay, he’s Michael Jackson. Why did he want those things?
IANAD, nor have I been following this case very closely, but apparently, MJ suffered from extreme anxiety and insomnia. He was taking the propofol (supposedly) to sleep, although propofol doesn’t really induce sleep, but something closer to a coma, and isn’t really “restful” as far as the body is concerned. If he was that desperate he really must have had a hard time getting sleep at all, and for a very long time.
He had been working very hard on his upcoming music tour, and for the movie tie-in, and he apparently was unable to “wind down” after working all day, and he was suffering from both overwork and lack of sleep.
I was actually a little sad to see how very healthy he was otherwise - it seems as if he hadn’t been so desperate to get some sleep, he might have lived for a lot longer. I think the saddest small finding was the hints of arthritis in his hands - it just seems so human and common to have that noted.
The tattoos were of eyebrows and lip color, as he had vitiligo which most likely had bleached both lips and eyebrows out. He also had thinning hair, so he had a tattooed “hairline” to help mask that as well.
It can’t have been easy to be a performer and suffer from a disfiguring disease - he was doing what he could to mitigate the physical signs of it.
I don’t think the doctor did anything on purpose, but as far as I’m concerned, to leave the room while someone was unconscious and on dangerous and very carefully controlled substances is really beyond the pale. You’re not supposed to be on that stuff unless they have you on a heart monitor because it can take you so far down into unconsciousness that you stop breathing and your heart stops. He knew that, and did it anyway. Totally irresponsible.
Because he was dependent on prescription drugs, suffered from sleeplessness, and was all screwed up in the head?
Word. With all his money and fame, I feel bad for the guy.
Few men do that.
I don’t think he was very healthy, but he had the doctor and medical stuff because he was getting ready to perform (supposedly) and because nobody says no to the rich and famous guy.
Because he did have multiple surgeries on it, and the result was really weird looking.
Why did he wear military jackets and one glove? Or to look at it another way, he may have had other problems - anything from allergies to a real lung disorder.
Joe Lunchbox isn’t going to have eyebrows and lipstick tattooed on, but I can see a performer doing this, easily. Saves a lot of time when going out in public…Mr. Sali said, for all his money and fame, he would have been better off going to work in a factory every day. keeping up his weird lifestyle did him in.
I didn’t think the permanent make up was surprising. I mean, for most men, yeah, but it was pretty obvious from looking at him he’d had something like that done. It also looked like he had permanent eyeliner.
They looked like one of his kids colored them on for him.
Because he had had so many surgeries on it.
Because he had multiple surgeries on it; it’s not rumored, it’s documented. Jackson himself publicly admitted to having two rhinoplasties, With the first one being done to repair an injury, and the second one being done to correct problems created by the first one.
But multiple surgeries on his nose would’ve been indicated in the autopsy report.
