Was your polling place busy?

I did the absentee ballot last year because it looked like I would be out of town. But I didn’t know you could make it an always thing.

We voted while walking the five-year-old to Kindergarten at about 8:30 or so.

Lady Chance was voter 80 and I was voter 81 at our polling place. There was one person in line when we got there. The whole process took about 5 minutes.

I have no idea if it an option everywhere. Best to check with your local voting board/registrar of voters/whatever your local voting authority is called.

It was when I went to vote. Of course, I usually am there at 0700 so that I don’t have to worry about something happening during the day that keeps me from getting to the polls; the traffic may have gone to zero within 15 minutes for all I know.

Although I think my precinct has a pretty good turnout record over the years.

It took me about 2 minutes to vote, and I was one of only two voters in my polling place.

I voted at 9 AM, and was the 80th voter of the day.

9 am, maybe 10 people inside voting.

Not compared to last year, definitely compared to the primaries. Of course, my state has permanent absentee ballots and a lot of people use those.

I showed up at 7:30pm and there were quite a few people there.

We elected the mayor, a chunk of the city council, port commissioners, some of the school board, the county executive, the sheriff, some other people, and then had ballot initiatives.
