Wav to Mp3. How do I do it?

How do I convert a wav file I have over to mp3? And how do I convert an mp3 file to wav?

I downloaded a program called MP3 Blaster from download.com.
It isn’t the greatest program but it can convert both wav to mp3 and mp3 to wav.

This has been discussed several times before. Do a search and you’ll find the answer. Your question is a bit vague because MP3 is a file type and a compression standard. WAV files can be MP# compressed.

I use a program called “Xing” I don’t know if I spelled that right, but I got it at http://www.mp3.com

WinAmp does it too with the right plug-ins. Piece of cake, really.

My personal favorit is cdex. If you’re going to be “ripping” tracks from cd’s, it can’t be beat. It is very easy to use as a plain old encoder/decoder as well.

You can download it at http://www.cnet.com

I personally use audiograbber to rip cd’s, from http://www.audiograbber.com/us-net, and when you download a compressor with it, which can be found on the same site, it automatically compresses the cd tracks into mp3’s for you.
