What kind of medication did you take for the thrush? Depending on what you used, it can cause problems. (Insert standard IANAPharmacist, but a pharmacy technician with immediate access to People Who Know About This Sort Of Thing.)
My mother is a RNC, and she works for a Womens Health and Birthcenter. She say that if you have any unexplained bleeding, you need to see a doctor immediatly. You can go to a nurse midwife or a nurse practitioner if you have problems with doctors.
She also said that Thrush only causes bleeding if it is VERY bad.
You need to see a medical professional of some sort.
No suggestions for this time, irishgirl, but next time you have to take antibiotics, try taking an acidophilus tablet with every antibiotic pill, and using Diflucan rather than any of that messy suppository stuff. That’s always worked for me.
Get some plain yoghurt with bifidus and acidophilus in it, then lie on a towel with your legs spread and lather yourself with it. It is really soothing and it cleared it up for me in a day!
