Waylon Jennings has stopped knocking and has entered heaven's door

Oh, crap!

Waylon died about a year and a half ago!

Werewolves of London was my favorite Waylon Jennings tune.

Ah, double crap. The news has me unhinged. Moderators, please fix that!

Poor Waylon.

I’m just glad Warren Zevon never got on that plane with Buddy Holly, Richie Valens and the Big Bopper.

Waylon Dead! Again???

Opus caught Rickets from Bats!

No, no, no.

That’s “Opie bought tickets to Cats!”

Don’t you people know your Andy Griffith trivia?

Warren Zevon was just a good ol’ boy, never meaning no harm…

Perphaps he was killed by a 1920’s style…

Thwap, Ooph oww oww oww What?

If it’s any consolation, Annie, years ago I once misattributed a song on the radio by (get this) Neil Diamond to Waylon Jennings and my wife still won’t let me live it down.

VH1 ( or whomever) ran the documentary on Warren Zevon a few weeks ago.

My husband told me that Van Morrison had terminal cancer and was documenting his final months.

So, I’m watching this documentary - remember, I’m slightly musically retarded - and every time the featured man was singing, I was like, “Hey, that doesn’t sound anything like Van Morrison. He must be really, really sick. And he looks so much older than the guy on the (one) CD I have.”

Half way through the documentary, the announcer says, " We’ll be back to the Warren Zevon…"

I just about flayed Mr. Ujest with a pillow for the mix up.

I never knew his music ( except Werewolves, which i didn’t know he sang.) but I’m glad I watched the documentary. He seems like the kinda guy I would have liked to known.

RIP Warren.

Lawyers, guns and money… Don’t think either Waylon or Warren need those anymore. :frowning:
