It’s from Plato. He popularized the theory that the goddess Aphrodite used her powers to make some men homosexual. Aphrodite had two aspects, Aphrodite Pandemos (popular Aphrodite), who influenced earthly events, and Aphrodite Urania (celestial Aphrodite), who influenced cosmic events. It was supposedly Aphrodite’s celestial aspect that caused men to become attracted to other men, so they were under her Uranian influence.
Now, to make up for this excessively serious answer, I’ll point out that we already have a name for the beings who are on Uranus - they’re called Klingons.
I thought they were on the starboard bow? (Scrape them off Jim etc etc).
And as to my reply above, let’s add Arcadians to the list of names for those who inhabit Earth.
