In Stockton there’s asparagus ice cream at their annual Asparagus Festival. I haven’t tried it, so I can’t comment on whether it’s good or not.

Indeed, and in Disney California Adventure, they have Lobster Nachos. 
I bet the food at Bros didn’t even have tiny little sombreros to redeem it.
