We go to 11!

According to the numbers at COVID - Coronavirus Statistics - Worldometer , the U.S. now has only the 11th worst rate for covid deaths per million population. Yes, two of the top worst ten are countries so small they wouldn’t even be considered cities here, and also yes, the U.S. will pass Sweden soon, possibly today. Still, it’s rare enough for the U.S. not to be in the top ten for any the major covid statistics that I thought I’d mention it.

Things are just brutal in Peru. Early and aggressive lockdown, yet world’s highest death rate and world’s deepest economic contraction.

Would a T-shirt help?

Funny T-shirts always help! However, it’s too late. We’re back in 10th place with sights set on passing Italy early next week.

If we continue to work hard and open things up, have motorcycle rallies and state fairs, I’m sure we can make it to number 1!

Rejoice! A readjustment has happened, and you’re back down to twelfth place again.

Of course, that’s just Bolivia and Ecuador finding another few thousand dead people they didn’t know they had
