At the Portland Jazz Festival. Holy shit: Jimmy fucking Cobb! The same Jimmy Cobb that played drums for Miles Davis on his Kind of Blue and Sketches of Spain albums. The guy is 89 and can still run off a drum solo like he means it. An added benefit is that the throw-together quartet he was playing with did both So What and Freddy Freeloader. What a treat!
