The OP fails. We are allowed to communicate any idea or criticism we wish to the mods. There are some limits on the language that may be used. This is not an insurmountable hurdle. I am entirely confident that the mods that have incurred my displeasure over the years fully understand the nature of the complaints I’ve made. We are adults. We are expected to be able to express ourselves without calling each other motherfucker and cocksucker. It’s not that hard.
As I already mentioned upthread, calling Mods bad names is not where the line is drawn.
Alternatively, we could behave as if we were not 12.
Interesting. I always figured it was just 'cause you guys had more class than that.
Although, it makes sense given the precedent of, say, political figures in the U.S. Me writing a blog about how much I fucking loathe my now (gag) Governor-elect Scott Walker? Acceptable. Scott Walker writing a blog about how much he fucking loathes me, personally, Susie Q. Public? Not acceptable.
How about cork-soaking ice-holes?
Under the User Agreement, we can have you deported to Sweden for that.
ca.1962. I heard “cork soaker” “crock sinker” crack sacker" and a few others in a joke. The punchline was, “say, judge, I’m the real thing.”
Just my penchant for nostalgia. It ain’t what it used to be.
