I remember the solid blue ones snapped up the front. They were a thick twill and gave one a diaper butt. Then we had these stretchy polyester ones that you had to step through the neck hole to pull them up. Light blue on bottom and bl/ white stripes on top. More comfy and lightweight.
Both were sleeveless.
Probably over the weekend.
What shoes to go wth? I suggest a mule, a slip on not quite a clog. No slides, chacos, tevas or fisherman sandals. Imo, ymmv.

With a high heel to elongate the leg
I think I have my next Halloween costume. But high heels and beer isn’t going to mix for me.
We had to wear these in Jr. High if we brought our polyester white shirts/blue shorts home to was and forgot to carry them back. Being 6 feet tall, I was a bit too tall for them and they were quite uncomfortable and very form fitting length-wise. But yeah, diaper butt on shorter girls.
I think I remember it was a nationwide student rebellion against those ill fitting uniforms that the girls got into shorts and a T. Finally!
