The latest news:
Many of my favorites have been mentioned, such as GG, QC, and OotS.
My absolutely favorite comic for pure joyful whimsy is Minus. I particularly like #37. This is the most wonderfullest web comic in the world.
I’ve just recently run across KittyBot, and it’s fun, but for the last few weeks that I’ve been following it it seems to be updated once a week rather than the twice-weekly it claims.
And one that’s … interesting but problematic is MegaTokyo. I’ve found myself following it, and it apparently has a huge fan base, but it has many problems, too:
(1) Irregular update schedule, depending on what the author feels like.
(2) A somewhat sketchy drawing style that results in many characters looking very similar.
(3) You really have to read it from the beginning to have any hope of knowing what’s going on.
(4) Once you do read from the beginning and get caught up, you realize how very slow the plot is moving.
There are three web comics I read that I don’t think I saw mentioned:
Here’s a Lord of the Rings/Dungeons and Dragons comic that has been cracking me up. It’s called “DM of the Rings.”
This one doesn’t have a continuing story line, but it’s my favorite. VG Cats.
Funniest comic ever:

This comic is friggin hilarious. I love it.
Well since you asked for funny I’ll cut down my list and skip over the ones already mentioned. (All are work safe)
Alien Loves Predator : not updating much at the moment. But hundreds of great ones archived. The author is expected back in the near future.
www.AskDrEldritch.com -- The Webcomic! : Not LOL funny but it makes you smile.
http://www.beaverandsteve.com/ : Zany and crazy. The right sence of humor will love it.
http://www.brinkcomic.com/ : A divorced rabbit. Brilliant example of dry humor at it’s best.
Freefall 3979 November 3, 2023 : The plot moves at Glacial speeds, but every strip is a joke unto itself. Some funnier than others.
http://www.geektragedy.com/ : Gaming, Horror and comedy. A classic.
GU Comics by: Woody Hearn - Comics : Very funny if you’re a Gamer. Otherwise, maybe not.
http://www.nuklearpower.com/latest.php : Everyone should love this. Very funny. Regular updates and perfect diaglogue. Don’t let the pixel’s frighten you off. It’s part of the charm.
http://www.reallifecomics.com/ : The one that got me into web comics and it’s still great. Some times it’s worth a smile, other times it’s the best thing I’ve seen online.
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal - Smile : One panel. Funny every time. One of the best on the web IMO.
Enjoy! essell.
