I bought a new webcam recently and it worked well. I had a sudden reboot tonight while I was typing, the cam wasn’t on, and the next time I tried to use it the feed was green. It has since lost the greenness but is now just uselessly dark. You can make out lights, but figures are black shapes.
What do you think went wrong?
