A small woolen carpet. Young people use them to make babies. Or so I remember.
An asparagus peeler.
I’m not clear if you are talking about an implement or an indentured servant to work in the kitchen?
I’m reminded of the birth of Harry’s brother William. The hard-rock radio station in Appleton, WI – WAPL – sent William a gift box with a bunch of gear (t-shirts, bumper stickers, etc.) featuring the station’s call letters, which also happened to be Will’s initials (William Arthur Phillip Louis).
I remember reading that the royal family put a bunch of the baby gifts on public display, including the gear from the American radio station.
The title of Their Royal Highness’s Asparagus Peeler is not conferred lightly.
I think the best best present THEY can give US is to invite the Obamas and Hillary and not tRump. :D:D:D
How about a nice Souvenir Plate that they can display when the 'rents come a-calling.
I got the reference immediately. Gonna go back and read that thread now for shits and giggles.

Looks like they haven’t invited any current or former heads of state (a prince from Lesotho who’s a personal friend of Harry’s is the closest it seems they get to that), but in fact have invited 1200 people to watch the wedding from outside on big screens in recognition of service to their communities. Grenfell survivors will be in St George’s for the ceremony itself.
I have a set of Prince Charles & Princess Diana salt & pepper shakers that I am willing to donate to the picnic basket.
