Quakers don’t have any clerics and the couple performs their own wedding. Most states seem to have special laws letting them do this (PA does). Does everystate? Do you need to be a Quaker in order to perform your own wedding? All I kind find out about PA is you need to ask permission from the Orphan’s Court.
