I (Zeldar) voted for 8 but only got 7 right.
Nobody got 8/8 and the 7/7 score was the only one to pick correctly on all votes, even though one team was not picked.
How are you getting 9/10 for my score?
I guess I misunderstood the scoring. I presumed it would be a “loss” if you didn’t vote for a team to remain unbeaten and they did. I get the scoring now.
I do see your point, but since nobody was “perfect” in your sense of the word, I felt the one who got the most correct for the number of teams voted for, should get the nod as “winner.”
I’m all for a more sophisticated scoring method if somebody has one.
This next week ought to be even harder to score! Three of the eight undefeateds are inactive. It may be a year when the BCS has to cope with no undefeateds in the final ranking. We know that either LSU or Bama will be defeated. In two weeks!
