I thought, perhaps, “blah” but that didn’t work, then I typed in the numeric and written representations of “19” and that didn’t work.
I’m really tired - I was heading off to sleep 90 minutes ago.
I’m not refreshing this page any more tonight! really! I mean it!
You’re WAY overthinking it. What did you do on level 1? It’s totally that simple.
29 made me laugh.
You’re on the right track. All you need to figure it out is your mouse. Think of all the things a mouse can do.
and a bigger hint for 18:
Think of what you did at the start of this whole thing to find the first one. And after you do that, tell me, does anything stand out?
I’m stuck on level 17. I can’t see any of the folders. Crappy monitor or computer probably. Can anyone help?
Thanks
Thanks for the help on 19 - I was ignoring hints for future levels but I sure needed it on that one. Flew through and now stuck on 23. I think I get it, but am not getting the correct word.
Well not all of the names are needed but some are. Basically you just look for the answer you haven’t yet come across, but it’s not the one they make you think it is.
And if you still need more help or can’t see them well, read this one:
It’s in the column closest to you, thank goodness so you might be able to see some of the names on that one. The one all the way to the right
I’ve been doing that the highlight and drag to find the hidden words thing and nothing - remember I have a single button mouse on a Mac - even option-click doesn’t do what “right click” can
There’s something missing from the pattern. All the photos have something in common. The one that’s not there is the answer
and a bigger hint only if you really need it:
Look at what each person is drawing attention to. Sticking out tongue, being touched, covering ears, and holding nose. What’s the one that would go with that? Also note the blanks near the bottom. That’s how many letters you’ll need.
You don’t need the right click, just the highlight.
Highlight all of it and keep it highlighted and then look at it. See anything that stands out from the rest? (you’re really gonna kick yourself, I’m telling you.
I did.
shoot me, just shoot me now - I finally got it.
>sigh<
onto 19
Reached 29. I almost don’t want to solve this one and go onto the new batch from what I’ve seen Dio say…
I’m at 21, and I was able to download and open nowrap.doc but I don’t understand it. I tried typing just a “g”, then spelling out “gee”, then since there are 9 sets of ?s, I typed “ghijklmno” - no good I’m overthinking this one, too, aren’t I?
That’s 19, I think.
and you’re doing everything good so far…
Most people said they find notepad or notebook or the mac’s variation thereof best. And, as per the title, remember to have word wrap off/unchecked. Read between the spaces
I’m off for the night everyone. Good luck!
well, from WR’s forums, I realized that the downloaded document has absolutely no bearing on the level - talk about your red herring and I am now on 23
(btw - 22 was just too easy)
You might not find it as hard as I did. There’s basically two parts to it. The second thing you have to do is obvious AFTER you know it, but maybe not before.
23 was easy, also.
for 24, I’ll need some sleep. really. I really really mean it this time.
26
I got to like, 50 and then I just gave up. They get so convoluted at the end…it wasn’t worth the struggle.
I mean the end ones weren’t - for this time of night (day). The whole puzzle - very fun!
Anyone have a tip for 26? I’ve Googled, I’ve looked in Wikipedia, and, while I see the connection between Michael Jackson and Sonic, and I see the connection between Mario and Sonic, I have no idea how all 3 are related.
Any help–or even an outright spoiler–would be appreciated.
