50? Woo hoo!!! Go on with your bad self!
I tried really hard last week and lost 3 lbs by Friday, plus I made my Halloween goal 3 weeks early! Yes, I rock
Good luck, Skittles! I’m sending positive (that is, negative) WI thoughts your way.
Isabelle, where did you get that?
Some definite food[sub]pardon the pun[/sub]for thought.
A group of women I know trying hard to lose weight wrote the list amongst themselves. I think there are 30 women all together and all on different diets.
I think you guys, as a group, will appreciate this thread, even if nobody else does.
I’m getting some not so great responses from other places about losing 50 lbs. Jealousy, mainly. What the hell?
Skittles! Did you weigh in yet?
Joyfulgirl: Good job! Yay!
scout: Hi!
I’m trying to help another doper/lj friend stay OP. She’s been pretty discouraged as she’s not losing OP but is losing when she eats whatever. Does anyone have any tips?
OK - just back from my meeting. Down another 0.8 pounds making my total 39 pounds!
GingerOfTheNorth my suggestion for your friend is have her find an old journal from a week where she lost and try to eat those same things again. She should still lose weight for that week and it will give her faith back in the program.
Also - I would just be understanding…we all have times where we want to stop doing the plan. She just has to get back on the horse.
Yay skittles! 39 ugly fat gross pounds gone for good!
What we have decided to do in the LJ community is to post our food journal for the day. That way, we’re all accountable to one another, and it shouldn’t be easy to slip up.
Hey guys. I had weigh in tonight. Another 1.8lbs gone! That makes my first 10lbs lost! Yay!
For the past three weeks I’ve been losing .2lbs more each week so hopefully next week I’ll lose a whole two pounds again!
10lbs! YAY!
YOU’RE A SUPERSTAR! Yay Fizzy!
