You know, although, as the article correctly pointed out, it has been 25 years since Weird Al performed Another One Rides the Bus on The Tomorrow Show with Tom Joyner, Al’s first single, My Bologna, was released in 1979. So 2006 marks both Al’s 25th year on television and his 27th as a recording artist. That wouldn’t be significant for most recording artists, but it is for Al. If you’re reading this, Al (and if you are as vain as I am, you probably are), happy anniversaries!
