Weird Condiments

That’s what I originally thought an omelet was. And, anyways, haven’t these people heard of a breakfast burrito?

Dried, Salted, Fermented Shrimp Paste blanchan or belacan… just a dab will do wonders for so many foods. It’s a primary umami taste that can be an ingredient, or condiment, to so many compounded condiments or sauces.

I have an idea for a new condiment, entirely nonexistent, something brand new.
