I have already received two emails from GMX to my GMX email, offering some kind of update; new anti-virus, anti-spam feature. But I’m unsure about clicking on it, worried it might be a scam. Has anyone else received something like that recently?

According to their product description they do offer virus and malware scanning. I can’t say why you would have to “click on it” to get it. Wouldn’t you just turn it on or off in the settings? Anyway I have no experience with the site.
