We do this with our clinic cats when we aren’t seeing clients. Two of them will play hide and seek/chase with you (not at the same time though). Although the older one hasn’t played for a while, he prefers to move from chair to chair. We have lots of hallways and rooms to hide in so you wait until the cat’s in a hallway and watching you. Then you start to creep away and quickly duck behind a wall and peek back out. You pull back and peek out again a couple times until it looks like you caught his interest then you run in the other direction and stop at the next wall and peek and see if he is following you. The younger cat, Lorenzo, is really smart and sometimes he will go around the other direction and sneak up behind you. So you run around for a while trying to keep him from catching you and then eventually you stop and wait for him to come around a corner and you jump out and catch him. Sometimes he’ll run away and then you have to chase him and other times he will just stand there until you pet him.
