Most of you have been here quite a while and really ought to have figured out this difference by now. You obviously know how to type, so I assume you can read. Next time get it right and spare our overworked admin the trouble of having to clean up your mess, as well as us normal posters who would like to either ignore the current election mess or indulge in a rational, intellegent conversation about it rather than listen to the fecal tripe thrown by you in your temper tantrums.
You see, the Pit is specially designed to accept the nonsensical ravings and sour grapes of pathetic, self-deluded fools who want everything their way or else. Here, the Pit staff and regulars can join in your diatribes nd/or rip them to shreds without having to abandon teh profanity and ad hominem attacks necessary for a complete breakdown of your breakdown. In future, you should bring it here.

While I won’t disagree about the MPSIMS and IMHO ones, the thread you listed from Great Debates does indeed belong in Great Debates. In case you’ve forgotten, one of main things we debate there is politics. And what could be more political than a thread about one party not receiving the coverage that somebody thinks it should have?

David, about that last one. Sam doesn’t really offer a debate. It’s a complaint about the lack of coverage of the Liberatarian candidate. I agree with him that Sam that Browne should have been covered, and a debate about why the coverage was lacking and what could be done to correct it in future would be great. But as is, Sam offers no debate. Oldscratch says as much in the first reply. I included this because complaints belong in the Pit, and didn’t want the Libertarians to feel left out any more. (Joke! I love the Libertarian Party! Mwah! Mwah! Mwah!)
Sure it’s a debate. He said they didn’t get coverage. That means there is a second side: That they got the coverage they deserved.
You don’t have to post a message that says, “Ok, here’s my position X, and I know the opposite position is Y, so let’s argue.” You state your position and the others do the rest.
