Well, the good news is if he gets kicked off the Court, his age will mean he won’t be able to run for Chief Justice again.
The bad news is he becomes the lead candidate for Governor in 2018…
Court of the Judiciary has spoken: Moore is to be suspended without pay for the remainder of his term. Fifty page long decision. They also charge him for the costs of the proceeding.
I wonder if they could have dismissed him outright?

He’ll almost certainly run for governor now.
He already tried twice (2006 & 2010) after his original “10 Commandments” dismissal. Both times got whomped handily in the primary.
No real word yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he tries again.

Reading about Strange, I’m not sure that I see much of a difference between the two candidates.
