Culinarily, that is. 
I now have a container full of homemade German potato salad, with bacon;
a steaming potful of lamb ragoût Provençal,
and a pitcher full of Hungarian noodle soup, made with leftover goose meat. :o
Best part is, I have enough eggplant and other veggies leftover to make moussaka next weekend!
Anybody else do this … cook a lot on the weekend so you’ll eat well during the week?
