Yep, it’s Sooper Bowl Sunday. Who are you rooting for:

A) New England Patriots
B) Philadelphia Eagles
C) New Jersey Devils [sub]Hey, they’re the ultimate underdog this year. . .[/sub]
D) Don’t Care

My first choice? “C”. But being there’s a lockout, I’ll have to go with “B”. I’ve got family in PA and South Jersey, so I’m rooting for the physically closer of two teams.

The game hasn’t started yet, but I’m gearing up for the pre-game stuff here in a bit.

Until I opened this thread, I didn’t even know who the Eagles were playing since all the threads I’ve scrolled by had their name in the title, if any. So just because they’re getting all the attention, I’ll go with the Patriots.

They have a cooler name and iconography anyway.

Boston native living in Philly. Discretely rooting for the Pats the past two weeks - this city is nuts.

I’ll probably get louder tonite as the Pats start winning and I’ve had a few beers. I will probably end up getting dumped in a snowbank by angry Iggles fans around 10PM, but It’ll be worth it.

Rooting for the Pats because…well, because that’s what I did when I was going to school in Boston, and they won two of those years and it was fun.

I was pulling for the Lakers against Houston, but the comeback fell short. They were down by 16, lost by 1. Damn.

I am currently watching *Yes, Prime Minister * on DVD, and have been watching assorted DVDs all day. After that I may go back to season 1 of Rocky and Bullwinkle or the second season of Alias. I loooove DVDs.
