Well, of all people to defriend me on Facebook. LOL!

I’ve always wondered why it’s socially acceptable to talk loudly and enthusiastically about your love for God, and send your friends text messages about the love of the Lord, but it’s not socially acceptable to admit, even in the most humble and non-emphatic way, that you don’t really believe in god. Isn’t that basically the same thing – an expression of spiritual beliefs?

As a lap dancer, she collects jizz for Jesus, and she doesn’t need any of your corrupted anti-Jesus jizz.

As for how Facebook knew to suggest her as a friend–somehow it reads your email address book, and it saw that you had her email listed there. A little invasive, no?

Not unless you give it your email password. I would like to know how it comes up with suggestions, though. I once looked at a page of a woman I went to elementary school with, wasn’t ever friends with, haven’t seen in 40 years, and 2 days after I saw her page, she sent me a friend request. ???

I don’t know–for a while it suggested that I friend this guy I dated about three times and haven’t seen or spoken to since, and that was three or more years ago. How did it know? His email wasn’t in my address book; the only thing I can figure is that we have similar local cultural organizations as friends, so it thought we must know each other or something.

A few months back my facebook page went down for a few days. In the mean time I set up another page just so I could go check on my wall and see if anyone said anything on it (yeah, I could see my wall as another user, but couldn’t sign in as myself). Anyways, as soon as logged on to my new page it started making friend suggestions to me…they were ALL people I knew. What’s stranger is that I never freinded anyone (since it was temporary), but it started suggesting me to other people. I have no idea how it did this since it was a different email address, I hadn’t put in my location or school or anything really and I didn’t give it my email password. They ONLY thing I can think of is that it went through my cookies, temporary internet files or cache and dug up names from there.
