Werewolf Boy! (Please help identify this mystery/horror fiction)

This thread could be viewed as a successor to my previous thread.

Previously, I requested help tracking down certain short stories appearing in anthologies by Alfred Hitchcock and Robert Arthur. To my delight, the Doping community was able to provide me with authors and titles in almost no time at all.

Therefore, I am requesting the same sort of help with the following half-remembered anthology stories from my childhood. Authors, titles? (Believe me, I have tried googling but I’m not so good at it as some Dopers.)

In the first short story, a boy is distraught when a nobleman’s hunting dogs savagely attack and kill his puppy. Seeking revenge, he goes to a witch or warlock (don’t remember the gender) who gives him what he wants: the ability to transform into a creature that can kill hunting dogs…a werewolf. The werewolf boy then succeeds in getting his revenge by killing the dogs. To his dismay, however, the sorcerer refuses to change him back into a normal boy until he obtains revenge for the sorcerer…by killing the nobleman.

In the second story, a boy is forced to watch as a demonic Gilles-de-Rais type nobleman performs black magic, with an approving crowd of freaks and familiars present. Under the boy’s horrified gaze, the witch-nobleman “unbaptizes” a kidnapped clergyman by first applying holy water to a misshapen youth named Ugly Armand. After the water has miraculously transformed Armand into a handsome youth, all the good in the water has been used up, and so it is made ready for the unfortunate priest’s unbaptism. I think at this point the proceedings are interrupted by pitchfork and torch-wielding villagers.

Yes, it’s always evil noblemen in these tales.

Can you give me any leads?
