What exactly does she do for a living?
I was watching last night, and it looked not uninteresting, and I’m in the middle of a “what-do-I-really-want-to-do-with-myself-for-the-next-x-years?” and it occured to me that maybe I could do that job, if I could figure out what it was and what was required to become one of them.
Anyone know?
I believe she’s a political consultant.
And I wish Marlee Matlin was on that show more often.
IIRC, she was originally a campaign manager for some congressman, but then she came to work for the Bartlet admin as a pollster.
king of spain, I don’t think she doesn’t work for the Bartlet admin. I’m pretty sure she’s an independant pollster that contracts to the government.

She’s a pollster. Most of her episodes showed her discussing polls – how to set them up, how they worked, what the results were.
