So, how does this work for him voting? I don’t know where he lives so I don’t know if he has internet voting available. Sure he can download an absentee ballot application, I assume he can where he lives, but doesn’t that violate the terms with which he proposes since it would entail using the mail? I looked around the site and I can’t see where he talks about voting and how that applies to electronic tranactions.
Was he already registered prior to the year he is spending in the house.
BTW I didn’t think that this qualified as a GQ topic because it really is mundane.
