What about wheatgrass makes it so healthy

Why is wheatgrass considered healthy.

It’s green, and you have to clip it with a tiny mower, fresh, before serving?

It’s high in ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase, ie the enzyme that actually fixes CO[sub]2[/sub] from the atmosphere. The wheatgrass enzyme is soluble without added salt, so your not drinking a precipitate, or too much sodium. It’s also a fairly nutritionally complete enzyme.

Wheatgrass has some vitamins in it, C and A, also soluble fiber and minerals.

It tastes OK.
