What are good workout/stretching DVDs?

This might belong here, or it might belong in IMHO, or it might belong in Cafe Society. I don’t know so I’m gonna put it here, hope for the best, and apologize to the mods in advance.

Mrs. RickJay likes workout DVDs. She’s gotten into them and really digs them. But she wants more, so the workouts don’t get stale.

Does anyone know some high quality workout DVDs? Preferably not insanely expensive; last year’s flavour is as good as this year’s.

If it matters, Mrs. RickJay is in reasonably good shape - carrying some extra weight, but relatively strong, has a dancer’s flexibility, and young and in good cardiovascular condition so far as I know. So about average shape overall.

Before we get kicked to IMHO:

I like Matt Furey’s stuff. I’ve got a couple of his books, but none of his DVDs, but I think the photos from the book came from stills on the DVD… They are however phenomenally expensive, but some dilligence and you can determine his sources and pick them up for yourself.

As for stretching, while it’s not a DVD, I recommend this summation of relevant topics: http://www.specialtactics.com/stretching_toc.shtml#SEC11Cooperating%20Muscle%20Groups
