I’ve wondered about these, too, but couldn’t remember the name.
Shouldn’t modern imaging satellites and technology be able to clear this one up in someone’s lunch-hour? (Which would no doubt become the longest lunch-hour in history as the technician responsible promptly heads to the location with a shovel and then moves to a country with more… “co-operative” taxation laws
