What are the casino games where you have any hope of using a system?

The only two I’m aware of are:

  1. Blackjack when you can count cards without calling attention to yourself. (And when there a few enough decks in the shue to make it worthwhile)
  2. And Poker, where you are against other players and not the house, and can have dreams of having the best “poker face”.

Are there any others?

Those are the two I was going to mention.

Video poker has some systems. “Deuces are Wild” is your best bet. Google it, and you will find out that it has the best odds of any game.

Also, baccarat. The house always has the advantage, so just bet on the house (against yourself) all of the time.

I’m not familiar with baccarat. Is the “bet on the house” a true bet, or is it like 0 and 00 in roulette, where the odds still favor the house.

RD, you have just about covered it. Very occasionally a progressive slot machine will have a high enough jackpot such that it will have a positive expectation if played correctly.

Forget about the baccarat advice. The odds will always favor the casino no matter what.

In Baccarat the dealer deals 2 hands “Player” and Banker" the banker has a slight advantage, but one must pay "commission to the house when betting on “Banker” and Banker wins. There is also a system to craps. Always bet the maximum allowable odds, thereby reducing the house’s advantage. It will never reach 1 to 1, but close. In blackjack, the larger number of decks in the shoe the more effective it is to count cards. When the deck is “10 heavy” the odds are in favor of the player vs: the house, so it’s time to increase your bet. When the shoe is re-shuffled, one must start counting all over and wait for the 10 heavy deck. A good book is “Winning Casino Gambling” (forgot the author)
