*Rattlesnakes *by Lloyd Cole & The Commotions, because I’d just downloaded it last week to play in the car for a roadtrip. It’s been on part of the constant rotation since then. What a timeless classic.
Yeah, that’s a great album. I knew Lloyd Cole and The Commotions back in the day only from their two or three minor hits, but never heard an album. Stumbled upon a recommendation for “Rattlesnakes“ on some website and listened to the thing for the first time the other day. Must say that I would have loved it 30 years ago, and it still sounds great today. Timeless jangly guitar pop with a knack.
