Easy…
911 - Gorillaz (with D12 and Terry Hall), 2001
5/4 - Gorillaz, 2001
60 Miles An Hour - New Order, 2001
$100 Bill, Y’all - Ice Cube , 2001
100 Years - Five For Fighting, 2003
And that’s without even cracking the first five years.

9 Secret Steps - They Might Be Giants (2013)
3030 - Deltron 3030 (2000)
42 - Coldplay (2008)
300 M.P.H. Torrential Outpour Blues - The White Stripes (2007)
1975 - Spoon (2007)
That makes 47 entries, room for 3 more.
mmm
10,000 Emerald Pools - Børns (2015)
1 2 3 4 - Feist (2007) - ETA: beaten to this one, I see.
That’s all I’ve got.
On the TMBG front, they released an entire album of songs about numbers in 2008 called “Here Come The 123s”, but every song title has the number(s) written out.
Would recommend it (and the DVD moreso) for anyone with smallish children, though, along with their “Here Come the ABCs” and “Here Comes Science” ones.
Just to get to closure:
'98 Braves - Morgan Wallen (2023)
10 Things I Hate About You - Leah Kate (2022)
FTR, I have no interest in either Atlanta or the Braves.
What are your favorite songs that begin with a numeral or a symbol released on or after January 1, 2000? Select up to 10 from this list.
I’ve only just discovered that “100 Days, 100 Nights” by Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings was released in 2007 and not, as the album cover, video and music style would suggest, in the 1960s. Curse you, Sharon, and your retro aesthetic sensibilities! Otherwise it would have been top of my list.
I’ve only just discovered that this thread exists. A further annoyance is the fact that I am listening to a qualifying song as I type (2 + 2 = 5 by Radiohead - listening for the second time. It’s part of a project; I may post about it later). But in the meantime - Bollocks!
Mitigating my annoyance is the fact that there is only one song listed above that I am certain that I know. Boomers, eh?
j
Same here, though I’m a gen-xer. The only song I’m sure I know is “8 Mile” by Eminem (which btw. is an excellent song)…
19/2000 for me. BTW you’re peripherally involved in the project I mentioned. It’ll involve me listening to Teenage Fanclub albums.
j
Well, that’s quite a honor for me. I hope you’ll post about your project.
ETA: I guess I also know some other songs from the list, at least one of the Gorillaz songs as I like the band and have listened to some of their albums, but never remembered the titles of their songs.
You beat me by one. Boomer indeed.
None of the other Gorillaz songs?
None that I’m certain I know. My memory isn’t what it was. Boomers, eh?
j
But - Terry Hall, man!
Do I show my age by confessing that I only know Jerry Hall, but not Terry?
ETA. Oh fuck, I shot myself in the foot there. Googled Terry and saw that he was the lead singer of the Specials. I’ve known and liked the band since their heydays, but I forgot the name of their singer. File it under senility. Now I have to listen to the song.
ETA2: I just listened to “19/2000”. Yeah, I knew the song, but I had filed it under “Get The Cool Shoe Shine”.
Yeah, I laughed.

Damn it, I missed my opportunity to nominate songs here. I’ll vote for “8 Mile” because I meant to nominate another Eminem song, “'Till I Collapse” (note the apostrophe at the beginning of the title).
