- Party for One - Carly Rae Jepsen (2018)
- Physical - Dua Lipa (2020)
- Picture - Kid Rock ft. Sheryl Crow (2001)
- Pineapple Slice - Tove Lo (2022)
Darn. I don’t have any alternates (my one alternate, Papparazzi, was already nominated by @SunUp).
Peacekeeper – Fleetwood Mac (2003)
Planetarium (from “La La Land”) – Justin Hurwitz (2016)
Pocketful of Sunshine – Natasha Bedingfield (2007)
Prayer in C (Robin Schulz remix) -Lily Wood and The Prick and Robin Schulz (2010)
Pump It – The Black Eyed Pead (2009)
You know the drill.
Room for 20 or so more, add another 3 if ya got 'em.
mmm
Party at a Rich Dude’s House – Kesha (2010)
Pistol In My Hand – Sparky and the Deadbillys (2004)
Psycho – Imelda May (2010)
PMS - Voice of Baceprot (2023) - note that “PMS” stands for “Perempuan Merdeka Seutuhnya” or “Wholly Independent Woman”
Poor People’s Store - Shinyribs (2010)
Punk Rock Loser - Viagra Boys (2022)
Please Don’t Hate Me, Insane Clown Posse (2000)
Power Bars, Kev Brown feat. Grap Luva (2004)
Phuk U, Canibus (2000)
These are examples of clever, well constructed, erudite rap lyrics. The Canibus one isn’t my favorite of his, but the best ones are earlier in the alphabet. The Insane Clown Posse one is simply hilarious (and very NSFW) – and a fun counterpoint to all the (well-deserved) Eminem love in this series of threads.
The cleverest rapper of all (IMHO), Chino XL, will appear when we get to W. Serious poetry.
- Please Sister - The Cardigans (2003)
- Poor Man’s Grey - Matthew Good (2004)
- Portal - Lights (2014)
Pork and Beans- Weezer (2008)
Purple Pills- D12 (2001)
Looking ahead, I have no songs on my shortlist for Q and X but more than 20 each for S, T, and W. Could be some feast or famine elections coming up.
Packt Like Sardines in a Crushd Tin Box - Radiohead, 2001
Pyramid Song - Radiohead, 2001

Panther Dash – The Go! Team (2005)
Powered Up – EarthGang (2020)
Pristine – Snail Mail (2018)
I’ve got no Q songs either (my one modern one is a cover of a 1970s song), but I’ve got a half dozen X songs and one lonely Z. If V gets lumped in again, it should be fine.
But yeah, there’s going to be lots of R, S, T, W and Y songs (I mean, just the ones starting “You” and “Your” will be considerable, I’m guessing).
Oh! Surprised this didn’t come up earlier.
In the “unlimited” polls, Q, V, X, and Z were lumped. Looking at my lists, I would just be able to eke out enough nominees.
By my count, we have room for three more (plus or minus 1 or 2)?
3 Radiohead out of 7. Kinda lets you know what I’ve been listening to recent;y.

@Mean_Mr.Mustard it would be more interesting if this time you didn’t combine letters.
