This was a tough one. I could have come up with at least a half-dozen more.
Tom Hanks’ taste in film and mine are widely divergent. On the other hand, his taste in film seems to work for the grand majority of everyone, so this might seem like a strange selection.
Charlie Wilson’s War (2007)
If you add in The Money Pit, that’s the entirety of his films that I like. (I’ve seen slightly greater than 50% of them.)

Forrest Gump (1994)
The last two because TPE is a Christmas Tradition with my daughter, and TMP is the first film (of hundreds, thousands) that I saw with my wife.
