All the restaurants we eat at have delicious crystal clear iced tea. That wasn’t always the case even 10 years ago. Which bottled tea do you find is closest to that tea? Looking for unsweetened tea I can add sweetener and lemon to my taste.
Pure Leaf and Gold Peak. You may as well ask for the thread to be closed now.
Oh yeah.
I’m an iced tea snob. I get that you’re looking for convenience, but if you’re willing to put the work in, tea brewed with purified water is simply the best. Better than you’ll get at any restaurant.
Milo’s. Hands down. Too many commercially-available teas have a sour aftertaste I find off-putting. Milo’s does not have that. I mean it makes sense since it was restaurant tea to begin with.
You can also buy gallon-sized iced tea from Chick Fil-a to go. That stuff is pretty good.
Milos is fantastic. And wonderful sweet tea as well (they also have a Splenda version of their sweet tea which is pretty great too).
Another vote for Milo’s here.
Do you use boiling water or a lower temperature method? I remember how good sun tea tasted!
I put two family sized tea bags (Luzianne) in the coffee maker and let it go. Makes one gallon. (it’s worth noting my coffee maker is dedicated for brewing tea. I don’t drink coffee)
