What can I cook with lime yogurt?

I found some light yogurt that was pretty tasty, Yoplait key lime pie flavor. It seems like it would match up really well with chicken or shrimp or something, but I’m not sure how. Anybody have any suggestions?

I actually wouldn’t expect it to cook well at all. I’m assuming this is one of those low-fat, sugar-free types?

The sweeteners usually don’t survive cooking very well, and the carrageenan or whatever they’re using to replace the mouth-feel of fat won’t fare too well either.

I’d use it more as a dip or sauce - on Thai-flavored stir-fry shrimp might be very nice.

I saw one recipe on line suggesting lime yogurt would be good in a shrimp salad.

Supposing there were a fatty sugary lime yogurt, what would work with it?

Use as a condiment for fish :stuck_out_tongue:

You can use yoghurt as a replacement for oil/butter in waffle recipes. One 8 oz. container per 1.25 cups flour is about right. I normally use raspberry, strawberry, or plain, but key lime should work too.
