What the hell is “gravelax”? Sounds like a gravel-based laxative.
Lox. Brine-cured salmon; it’s common to put dill on it during the curing process.
Dill is good in crab and avocado salad. Basically you slice some avocados, put some crab meat on top of that, add a little sliced onion, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and soy sauce, toss with fresh dill and mayonnaise to taste. Yum yum yum.
I’ve cooked cubed potatoes in olive oil with garlic, onion and dill.
Gravlax or gravadlax. It’s very yummy and easy to make.
White bread, spread with cream cheese, sprinkle with salt and dill. Add cucumber slices and turkey, top with second piece of bread prepared like the first. Eat and enjoy.
