I got my wife a manatee, we’re going to keep it in the bathtub.

Yeah GMRyujin, I finally found it… and the end of my search I had two different sellers with a difference of about three bucks so I went with the first seller, in the spirit of good business. My SO wouldn’t pay over ten for a partial set he once saw at a used book store but this set is complete! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Am I the coolest girlfriend EVER in the history of cool girlfriends or what!?
I didn’t even have to smite anyone, that’s the best part…
I’m going to be piercing my little sister’s navel. The she gets 10 gemmed navel bars and a neato dangly one. Also, all the Vitamin E, sea salt, and Dial soap she’ll need for it, heh. Aaand I got her a Happy Bunny figurine that says “It’s all about me - deal with it.”
I’d say what The Cody’s getting, but he’ll be joining the board soonly, hehe.
My mom gets the Indiana Jones DVD set, since she’s actually WORN OUT one set of tapes, and is working on another set. Yeesh.
My dad gets a fishing pole, and my step-mom gets books. Not exciting, but hey.

I got my mom tickets to see Stars on Ice when it comes to our area. We’re both huge figure skating fans and she ADORES Scott Hamilton.
Well, because I’m kinda poor, and i have friends who love evrything i crochet and always ask for some of it, I’m making all my firends scarves and hats and whatnot. Good thing yarn was on sale I have like 11 friends to crochet for.
I’m going to the darkroom to enlarge a couple of my prints from my cross country trip, then I’ll choose one to mount, and throw it in to a family grab bag.
I got the hub the Kids in the Hall season 1 DVDs, a bunch of Star Wars lego stuff, and some sexy stuff for me to wear. They may not sound unique, but he’ll be over the moon.

I am not allowed to say, as I might suffer glares and wrath if I comment…
Not too bad, though. My reaction would probably be “This is so awesome!..You shouldn’t have paid so much…but this is so awesome anyway!”

Thanks to a flash of inspiration this afternoon, I’m planning to give my 3-year-old cousin a custom mix CD. Lots of tunes with a catchy beat and simple melodies that she and her parents can sing & play together.
It reaches more like 10 feet, not 40, but it’s going to my nephew. Putting it together is needlessly complicated, and not as simple as it looks, but it scares the dog so I know young males will like it.
