What did Socrates/Plato discuss on the ethics of suicide

See query. Not so much on what the “attitudes” were, or how hemlock tastes, but what or where did the topic of suicide come up as part of the analysis of ethics.

I know this is a humongous topic, but there must later neo-Platonists or Scholastic commentary with the same query, specifically relating to the Socratic tradition…right?

As we know, the Jews and the Christians have a different take on the matter.
