No doubt that the poor guy had some real bad luck. But knowing how accident-prone he was, he probably should have stayed away from the football field, ski slopes and go carts. Also, it is not clear how many of the auto accidents were his fault. It’s an obituary so I’m sure they left out the parts that were his own doing. On the other hand, I have to admire his tenacity and zest for life. RIP.
