I’ve never used actual pumpkins for anything except jack-o-lanterns before. Squash yes, pumpkins no. I got a box of produce last week that had one small sugar pumpkin in it. What should I do with it? You need more than one for a pie, right?
Clean and cut it, bake to make your own pumpkin puree and then make pumpkin pancakes. Lots and lots of them
