Oh, I’ll second Altoids. I used to eat em for lunch. Literally.
10 week old baby + work = very tired mum.
So what do I do? Frequent breaks to get up and walk around the office are good. Getting fresh air also helps.
Too much coffee makes me jittery as well but I do try to drink more water or tea as it means I have to get up more often to go to the toilet.
Music can help but it needs to be bouncy otherwise it puts me to sleep.
Sugar can give you a brief energy burst but often makes me more tired afterwards.
And of course - vegemite on toast works wonders 
Maybe you need some sleep too, lieu. I’m confused as to why that was funny.
